Hormone Therapy & (Peri)Menopause Care

Having symptoms of perimenopause or menopause? You’re not alone—and you don’t have to navigate it without support.

Perimenopause and menopause symptoms can range from annoying to life-disrupting, yet most medical providers receive very little training in menopause care. That’s why I became a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner—so I could provide women with access to informed, evidence-based, compassionate treatment.

Women deserve to be heard, respected, and empowered to make decisions about their bodies. Hormone therapy is effective, but it is not one-size-fits-all. Bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT) can be life-changing for many women, but it isn’t the best choice for everyone. My role is to help you understand the evidence, evaluate your symptoms and goals, and partner with you to find the safest, most effective treatment plan.

If labs are needed or desired, we’ll start there—then we’ll create a personalized plan together.

Common Symptoms of Perimenopause & Menopause

Symptoms vary widely and may include:

  • Mood changes, anxiety, depression, irritability
  • Brain fog, difficulty concentrating
  • Sleep disruption or insomnia
  • Hot flashes, night sweats
  • Decreased libido or sexual discomfort
  • Irregular periods, breast tenderness
  • Headaches, dizziness, heart palpitations
  • Weight gain, bloating, digestive changes
  • Joint pain, muscle tension, decreased strength
  • Hair loss, brittle nails, itchy or dry skin
  • Tinnitus, burning mouth, tingling sensations
  • Vaginal dryness, urinary urgency or frequency

Treatment Options

Your treatment plan may include:

  • Bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT)
  • Other forms of menopausal hormone therapy (MHT)
  • Non-hormonal medication options

Together, we’ll build a plan that supports your symptoms, goals, and overall well-being—so you can feel like yourself again.

Fees

To provide the personalized, unrushed care I believe every patient deserves, I do not accept insurance at this time. You can still use your insurance for lab tests and medications, and I will provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement if you wish.
